Professional Installation & Support for your ETM® System

The Implementation Services Group at SecureLogix is staffed by certified ETM® System specialists, whose sole purpose is to efficiently install, configure and support your deployment. The group includes dedicated project management professionals and field service engineers focused on every aspect of product implementation and service, which includes:
•  Site Surveys, Pre-staging and Cutover Support
•  Installation, Configuration and Testing
•  Voice Troubleshooting and Repair
•  System Upgrades and Logistical Support

Pre-Packaged Implementation Services*

ETM® System Upgrade - On-site
The On-site Upgrade Service is designed to provide customers with a turn-key upgrade for their ETM System on-site by SecureLogix personnel. It is designed for customers who are not comfortable performing the ETM System upgrade themselves and do not have sufficient personnel resources to execute the upgrade. Optional support to upgrade the Oracle database software is also available.
On-site Upgrade deliverables include:
•  Copy of ETM Software Media and Doc Set
•  Fully Upgraded and Operational ETM System
•  Documentation of Any Configuration Changes
•  One Hour Orientation to New System Features

ETM® System Upgrade - Remote

The Remote Upgrade Service is designed to provide customers with a less expensive option than our onsite service to have their ETM System professionally upgraded by SecureLogix personnel. It is designed for customers who are not comfortable performing the upgrade themselves, but who do have a local person available who can provide the on-site presence needed to work with one of our system engineers to accomplish the upgrade. Remote Upgrade deliverables include:
•  Copy of ETM Software Media and Doc Set
•  Fully Upgraded and Operational ETM System
•  Documentation of Any Configuration Changes
•  One Hour Orientation to New System Features
