Pre-Packaged Implementation Services* ETM® System Upgrade - Onsite This service is designed to provide customers with a turn-key upgrade of their ETM System onsite by SecureLogix personnel. It is designed for customers that are not comfortable performing the ETM System upgrade themselves and do not have sufficient personnel resources to accomplish the upgrade. Optional support to upgrade the Oracle database software is also available. Deliverables for the onsite upgrade include: •  Copy of ETM Software Media & Doc Set •  Fully Upgraded & Operational ETM System. •  Documentation of Any Config Changes. •  One Hour Orientation to New System Features.   Click here for more information ETM® System Upgrade - Remote The remote upgrade service is designed to provide customers with a less expensive option than our onsite service to have their ETM System professionally upgraded by SecureLogix personnel. It is designed for customers that are not comfortable performing the upgrade themselves, but do have a local person available that can provide the onsite presence needed to work with one of our system engineers to accomplish the upgrade.
