The members of the Professional Services Group at SecureLogix are fully certified ETM® System experts, who also hold a number of additional industry certifications including security CISSP certifications and various Cisco / Microsoft certifications. ETM® System Quick-Start
The Quick-Start service is a three-day engagement designed exclusively for new SecureLogix customers to accelerate their ROI immediately after system purchase. The service offering combines the expertise of our consultants in optimizing the ETM System for the customers’ specific environment, while providing hands-on training with the system on their voice network. Deliverables for the quick-start service include:
•  Initial Policy Development
•  Configuration of Alerts & Real-time Notifications.
•  Customization of Reports.

ETM® System Optimization
The optimization service is a three-day engagement designed for customers that want specific, onsite assistance from the professional services group in fully leveraging the ETM System into their daily operations. Targeted assistance can be tailored to focus on any area the customer chooses within the three-day engagement including:
•  Enhanced Data Analysis & Firewall Policy Development.
•  Enhanced Data Analysis & IPS Policy Development.
•  Custom Reports Development.
•  Voice Traffic Analysis & Utilization Assessment.

Voice Assessment Service
The Voice Assessment Service is an in-depth, thirty(30) day assessment of your voice network’s security, performance and usage. It is designed for customers that may not be in a position to purchase the ETM System near term, but want a detailed snapshot of the visibility the system provides, to assist with short-term operations and building of a business case for the ETM System. Deliverables from the assessment service include:
•  Onsite installation of ETM Appliances for up to 50 spans.
•  Extended Data Collection & Analysis.
•  Bi-Weekly Customer Briefs on Service Status / Findings.
•  Detailed Analysis Report with Key Findings / ROI Business Case.
