•   Moves, adds, changes
•   Policy Design and Implementation
•   Custom Report creation
•   Dial plan/directory updates
•   System maintenance
  Please note that Assisted Operate services:
•   Are available in 50 and 100-hour time blocks that are valid for up to 1 year
•   Require remote access
