Shawn McGowan has extensive experience in contact center operations, product development, and customer experience strategy within the telecommunications industry. He held leadership and operational roles at Verizon, where he worked at the intersection of business and technology to support product design, development, and deployment, and led teams supporting contact center operations across multiple U.S. locations.
Sean holds a Master’s degree in Business from Quinnipiac University and a B.S. in Business from Providence College.
